We were lucky to have been assigned Allyson Gutman to help us with our new lease, she was very professional , attentive and caring , made the whole experience so simple, fair and enjoyable to the point that we had a good time with her , it felt like we new each other for years. We found an ANGEL, Allyson not only went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable with our lease decision, when I called her a week later to let her know that I had a flat tire and was very upset because I was not aware of all the type of tires that are in this cars, it took her 15 minutes to call me back and solve the issue to make make sure that we were happy with our lease. Will always come back to Allyson and will recommend her services to everyone. More

A Wonderful Experience > Start to Finish! I recently had the pleasure (11/16/15 & 11/17/15) of leasing my first vehicle from Ray Catena Mercedes of Edison, and what a great experience it was! I recently had the pleasure (11/16/15 & 11/17/15) of leasing my first vehicle from Ray Catena Mercedes of Edison, and what a great experience it was! I stopped into the dealer to just very quickly glance at a few vehicles and maybe jot down some prices, as my existing lease was not up until January 2016. Upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist whom ensured me I would speak with a sales person in less than (10) minutes. As I reaffirmed my intent was only to quickly glance and that I did not want to waste anyone's time, she assured me I would not be wasting anyone's time, with a smile to boot! Within ten minutes or so, as I walked the showroom, I was greeted by Allyson Gutman, who came with a friendly hello, a smile, and a great persona from the start. I explained my intentions (or lack thereof) to Allyson and without hesitation, Allyson was extremely helpful and most interested in ensuring I was getting the detailed information I desired and moreover, was in no way pushy or "salesman" like in any way. (as I am a Global Sales Director for a tech company, this was important to me...) Additionally, throughout the course of my conversation with Allyson, we came to learn we have a mutual acquaintance, which made me feel even more comfortable than I already was, and that certainly helped to drive our conversation (and my experience) in even more of a positive, pleasurable way! Working with Allyson throughout my leasing experience was nothing short of fantastic! Allyson is extremely knowledgable about the product(s) she is selling, and she was eager to share that with me. When it came to price and negotiations, the process was easy, non-stressful, and Allyson worked with me, in detail, in order to get me into the vehicle I was interested in, even in lieu of the fact that I came into the dealer with no intentions of getting anything. That, to me, goes to show what kind of person (and representative of Ray Catena) Allyson is. I can assure you, I will be back to get another vehicle from Allyson after this one! I would highly recommend Ray Catena Mercedes of Edison, more specifically, Allyson Gutman.
