This entire experience was truly pleasant and absolutely painless, from start to finish. Alon, my salesperson, was so patient and kind about my many questions - and Abood from finance walked me through each painless, from start to finish. Alon, my salesperson, was so patient and kind about my many questions - and Abood from finance walked me through each option and document in lay person’s language, making it straightforward and therefore making me extremely comfortable with each step. Finally, Henry did an extraordinary job walking me through my new car - knowing when and how much to explain so I understand the features, but didn’t get overwhelmed.
