My car had an acute problem and was towed in to Smythe Volvo on a Sunday. I was worried that the dealership would not be able to look at my car on Monday morning because I did not have an appointment. But Volvo on a Sunday. But when I called at 7:30 AM to check to see if they had noticed my car in their parking lot, Mark told me that it had already been diagnosed and already had a plan to fix it.
