While I was frustrated that the control screen was black and unable to be rebooted (making driving my car anything but safe or easy, not to mention very cold), I was extremely happy with Mark Terry. As soon as he got on the phone and heard my situation, he was terrific. He offered to have my car picked up (I ended up driving as I had to get to a meeting) and was ready for me when I arrived at the dealership with a loaner car. He stated in communication with me and updated me on my car’s status. I picked it up this morning and everything seems to be working fine. While I’m honestly a bit disappointed with the fact that the car malfunctioned, that’s a Volvo issue, not a Smythe issue. More
