My 14 years of Sales Experience have taught me to listen more to the customers’ needs and then answer these needs directly. As a product of Dale Carnegie training, winning friends & influencing people is a core concept of my Sales process. We had an incredible experience at Smythe Volvo with Alon Katende! This was our second time working with Alon to purchase a Volvo - he originally sold us our XC60 and we returned when we were in need of a se Katende! Similar to our first experience, Alon was wonderful! He was incredibly patient and kind, and helped us find the exact right car for our family - and then worked with us to buy it at a fair price. We came in to Smythe Volvo looking for a second car - our second purchase with Alon at Smythe. He is the reason why we came back to Smythe a second time. Alon was able to quickly help us identify the right c second purchase with Alon at Smythe. He is the reason why we came back to Smythe a second time. Alon was able to quickly help us identify the right car for us, and then patiently worked with us to find exactly what was best for our situation. He was very kind, patient and knowledgable, and made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the process. He was also incredibly responsive to our many questions. We really can't imagine buying a car from anyone else. Highly recommend Smythe Volvo and Alon! More
