My 14 years of Sales Experience have taught me to listen more to the customers’ needs and then answer these needs directly. As a product of Dale Carnegie training, winning friends & influencing people is a core concept of my Sales process. Smythe Volvo was the first dealership I ever felt completely comfortable in, and never pressured. Alon Katende was hands down the best salesman I ever encountered. He went out of his way on several occasions, and did many extra things to make sure the used car I was buying was in perfect condition. I feel like the car I bought is brand new.
