My 14 years of Sales Experience have taught me to listen more to the customers’ needs and then answer these needs directly. As a product of Dale Carnegie training, winning friends & influencing people is a core concept of my Sales process. I went in to see if I could find a car I would like. Ran into a problem - they had TOO MANY to choose from. After a few test drives and zero pressure I fell in love. From there it was super easy.. I have ne into a problem - they had TOO MANY to choose from. After a few test drives and zero pressure I fell in love. From there it was super easy.. I have never had such a present buying experience in my life, at 52 that is saying something! The entire staff was accommodating easy to work with and I am extremely grateful. This kind of customer service is not easy to find, when you do you take the time to let others know. Today I became a Smythe Volvo customer for life! He is knowledgeable, friendly, and answers my (many) questions in a clear and straightforward way. This enables me to make informed decisions on what services I need and/or when I need them. I highly recommend Dennis and Smythe for quality service you can trust. I've also interacted with Alon Katende when looking into purchasing my next vehicle. While I decided not to purchase yet (based purely on my own timing), Alon was able to answer every detailed question (I do my homework prior) and was patient, friendly, and very helpful with finding the right vehicles for me to test drive so i could evaluate specific features i was interested in. Highly recommend Alon and Smythe for sales needs. More
