We had a phenomenal experience with the people at Smythe Volvo. They were persistent, but courteous and respectful. Without Emilia's involvement, this would not have happened. With Alon K. and his willingness to negotiate and to get us to where we were comfortable, we took delivery of a beautiful 2021 XC40. The closing with Ernest was just as painless. Alon was such a pleasure to work with when purchasing my Volvo. His patience and knowledge was incredible. I must have called him 10 times...along with emails and each time he calmly guided me in helping Volvo. His patience and knowledge was incredible. I must have called him 10 times...along with emails and each time he calmly guided me in helping to make decisions on style, selection and even colors! I came back several times to test drive a few cars and each time he greeted me like the first...cordial and professional. After my purchase he spent at least 2 hours in the car explaining how to use the technology and suggested that when I pick up the plates that I have a list with any questions I might still have. Such a personal, sweet man. More
