My 14 years of Sales Experience have taught me to listen more to the customers’ needs and then answer these needs directly. As a product of Dale Carnegie training, winning friends & influencing people is a core concept of my Sales process. Great experience working and purchasing a Volvo from Alon. My family set our eyes on a Volvo for our next vehicle. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and answers my (many) questions in a clear and straightforward way. This enables me to make informed decisions on what services I need and/or when I need them. I highly recommend Dennis and Smythe for quality service you can trust. I've also interacted with Alon Katende when looking into purchasing my next vehicle. While I decided not to purchase yet (based purely on my own timing), Alon was able to answer every detailed question (I do my homework prior) and was patient, friendly, and very helpful with finding the right vehicles for me to test drive so i could evaluate specific features i was interested in.
