Started off as a Volvo Technician in 2004. In 2005 I joined the Paul’s Volvo Sales team as a Master Salesperson till August 2019. Joined Smythe Volvo in September 2019. My 14 years of Sales Experience have taught me to listen more to the customers’ needs and then answer these needs directly. As a product of Dale Carnegie training, winning friends & influencing people is a core concept of my Sales process. Understanding my customer’s point of view helps me to answer their vehicle needs/wants effectively.

Alon was such a pleasure to work with when purchasing my Volvo. His patience and knowledge was incredible. I must have called him 10 times...along with emails and each time he calmly guided me in helping Volvo. His patience and knowledge was incredible. I must have called him 10 times...along with emails and each time he calmly guided me in helping to make decisions on style, selection and even colors! I came back several times to test drive a few cars and each time he greeted me like the first...cordial and professional. After my purchase he spent at least 2 hours in the car explaining how to use the technology and suggested that when I pick up the plates that I have a list with any questions I might still have. Such a personal, sweet man. More

We scheduled online a test drive with one of the sales person around 2 weeks back. When we arrived, the sale rep was over booked ( had 3 clients at same time) and so he didn't had time for us. Not sure person around 2 weeks back. When we arrived, the sale rep was over booked ( had 3 clients at same time) and so he didn't had time for us. Not sure why would they would book 3 clients at same time .. Anyhow another sales rep was assigned to work us. He was nice and did answer all our queries. However there was no followup done by him after the visit.Since the visit we have been looking online and requesting quotes for cars we like but response. Seems like they are not interested in selling cars when someone is ready to buy one. I even went to dealer rate site and sent a email to the sales rep. He responded back within few minutes but again after that no follow. Have emailed him few times and no response. Very unprofessional buck of people . Haven’t seen such a lack of customer service like this at other dealerships.. More

I was a first time lease customer and Alon was extremely patient, knowledgable and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire car search process. We went to a different Volvo dealership before going to Smythe to look at a XC60 and we were ready to take the Volvo off of the table and go with a BMW X3. After working with Alon, our decision changed and we leased our XC60 on the spot. Highly highly recommend Alon if you are looking for an honest sales rep. More
