My husband and I had a very pleasant experience with Lou fuse Ford starting out with the rep Alondra driving our edge all the way to Highridge. I just bought a 2015 mustang Ecoboost from Lou Fusz Ford in Chesterfield as a present for my 17 year old son who was with me and excited. The car appeared to be in really good condition and had average mile in Chesterfield as a present for my 17 year old son who was with me and excited. The car appeared to be in really good condition and had average miles on it. The car was one they had taken in on trade and I don’t know if they didn’t inspect it well or if they knew there was something wrong with it. Either way it doesn’t matter. During the test drive my salesman Brandon Drazic told me about the 3 month 4,000 mile warranty it came with. However, in the final throws of our wheeling and dealing he removed it in order to get the price down but didn’t tell us until we directly asked him. Then he said don’t worry, this is a reputable dealer. If something happens to it when you get home we are going to take care of you. It has a nice ring to it.. so when we got home we took it for a ride, where it immediately had horrible engine cut out or internal detonation. I texted my sales guy and let him know I would be bringing it back in in the morning for them to take a look at. When I got to the dealership the next morning I was told by the sales manager Steve Gianino that “As is” means I drive it away and it’s my problem. He did however let their shop run a diagnostic on it which showed a code for a bad fuel pressure sensor. Which they replaced without charge. I drive the car home and filled it up with premium fuel and gave it some throttle only to find out that the issue was still there. I called to talk to Steve, who sent me to voicemail and had Brandon call me back to inform me that they were done. I was welcome to pay their shop to work on it but they were out. Apparently they have no morale issues with selling broken vehicles and telling you nicely where to shove it. I will not deal with them ever again and I will let anyone I know who is looking for a car not to go there. It’s just bad business how they operate. If the car has an issue days later I would understand, but it was broken when I bought it. More

I have purchased 2 cars from Lou Fusz Ford and used their service and parts department for about 6 years now. For the most part my experiences are good. Alondra is awesome and I really appreciate how hone service and parts department for about 6 years now. For the most part my experiences are good. Alondra is awesome and I really appreciate how honest she is. She never appeared to mislead me or try to push me any direction I didn't want to go. It is hard to find salespeople like that and she really went above and beyond. Bryan in finance also was superb. Very kind and to the point which I appreciated. Of course he had to go over his extended warranties but was not pushy at all when I declined. Thank you. I had a small issue with getting the sales managers to be willing to hold the car for me for a few days. Since it was a hard to find car they figured they wouldn't hold it even with a deposit because they could make more money off of someone buying it with a loan. I was paying cash. Luckily we came to an agreement where I could pay half of the balance up front and the other half when I was able to get the money a few days later. I felt like this was poor customer service from the standpoint of a long time customer but since we did come to an agreement I'm not too upset about it. While I understand what they did from a business aspect, it still left a sour taste in my mouth as a repeat customer committed to purchasing the car. The second negative is the Fusz Guard. It is a 100% rip-off and you have no choice in the matter. It is money spent for them to "protect" paint/interior for you. In reality it does nothing and a lot of times will end up doing more damage to the paint before you even buy the car! $800 for this is just insane! They should completely remove this service as standard from vehicles. If I would have been purchasing a vehicle that was easy to find I would have walked out over this. Their ceramic coatings may be a better deal as you actually get something worthwhile for your money but this is just a scam in my opinion. Others opinions may differ. I will purchase my next new Ford with Lou Fusz and will continue using their service and parts department. Also, I'm a handful for the guys in service but they treat me well and do a good job. Sometimes it is hard to reach them but they are swamped so I understand. More
