Alton has been with Acura of Glendale for 10 years. He started as a sales consultant and then was promoted to Finance Manager in one year. During his tenure as Finance Manager he helped Acura of Glendale win the Council of Excellence award. This award recognizes the top 15% of Acura dealers for their expertise in helping client through the financial process. Alton then became part of our internet and fleet department and was awarded the Gold Level for Council of Sales Excellence. Alton Ho is now our Sales Manager. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his friends and family. Alton is originally from Cambodia, but moved to America when he was 14 years old. Alton's daily drive is in his Acura MDX. But on special occasions you will find him in his Acura NSX!

Karine was wonderful, a pleasure to work with. She was extremely helpful, courteous and made the whole vehicle purchasing process so simple. Arthur M in finance had the papers ready to go, explained all the paperwork and what I was signing, was very personable and made the signing process quick and painless. Alton and Maurice were super helpful on my needs to return my expired MDX and to lease a new MDX on Oct. 24, 2020. Alton gave the price matching my expectation, helped to deal with Acura to waive my ou return my expired MDX and to lease a new MDX on Oct. 24, 2020. Alton gave the price matching my expectation, helped to deal with Acura to waive my out-of-pocket expense (over mileage, lost of one key...); Maurice made the whole processing smooth and comfortable. Great Car Buying Experience! This was my second time working with this dealership and everything was a breeze. Alton responded quickly to my inquiry about leasing a new car, and s This was my second time working with this dealership and everything was a breeze. Alton responded quickly to my inquiry about leasing a new car, and set up an in-person appointment with Karine. After deciding on a car and coming to an agreement, everything was prepared by them in advance. Once I arrived at the dealership, my new car was waiting in front washed and waxed and looking ready to go! Karine efficiently walked me through the various forms and got my preferred car settings ready while I worked with Artur to finish the financing paperwork. In times like these with Covid-19, I appreciated how smoothly every part of the process still operated and the steps they took to make the customer feel safe. I would recommend this dealership for their friendliness, straightforward pricing, and overall professionalism. I will definitely be back when the time comes for a new vehicle.
