My family have been purchasing Toyotas for the last 20 plus years. This dealership is not the best one I ever dealt with. My daughter purchased a used car in April 2023. The history says that it was due for service in March. Today, we took it for service and they want over 1000 for the service (including new tires). Don't buy or service a vehicle in this dealership. They are a good representation of the classic crook deader. More

We had a unique request, a Toyota new vehicle for my wife, very professional and helpful. This time my wife and I were looking for a new car for me. We had a unique request, a Toyota Supra. Mr. Delgado did not have one available at the moment, however they were able to find an exact spec (3.0 Premium), was available in white, we had discussed pricing w/ Mr. Delgado and Mr. Cutler, including warranty and financing with Finance manager Vince. All very professional. I was also assured a Supra Tech is there for servicing the vehicle. After about a week or so, we were informed the vehicle had arrived. We went, filled out the paperwork as previously discussed regarding pricing and warranties. Thank you all very much. More

Upon doing some research of different Toyota deal My wife and I began to look for a 2020 Toyota Highlander Hybrid XLE w/ the 2nd row Captain's Chairs. Upon doing some research of different Toyota dealerships in the area, this dealership had excellent reviews, including the Salesperson Alvaro Delgado. We decided to give this a try and emailed Mr. Delgado directly through "dealerrater.com". Mr. Delgado and the team (Sales manager Skyler Cutler and Finance manager Alfonso Suarez) impressed me with their professionalism and transparency in the vehicle discussion, offers and purchase process. I made a great decision coming to this dealership to find a great team and obtained a great offer. We said goodbye to our previous vehicle for trade in (which was also a fair offer), looked at excellent extended warranty plans available (and were also given a great offer on an extended warranty plan that works for us), we finalized the car purchase. I will certainly recommend this dealership to any family or friend who are looking for a new Toyota vehicle.
