I had a very pleasant experience at the Sunshine Toyota service department. I received a warm welcome from the front desk when I arrived. I spoke with Jayden, a very nice man, who seemed more than happy to help. I asked several questions and Jayden was very patient and very kind with his answers. I never felt rushed or embarrassed that I did not know how to access many things on my new car. It was such a pleasant experience! I have been to another Toyota dealership in Dundee that was not a good experience and I will never go back to Dundee! I am so thankful for all the kindness shown to me at this appointment.
