This was my first visit to the service center after purchasing my new Palisade back in October. I was a little early for my appointment but they took my SUV back to service and was told that they would purchasing my new Palisade back in October. I was a little early for my appointment but they took my SUV back to service and was told that they would start working on it at my appointment time. I was there approximately 90 minutes for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall issue. I thought that was a bit long but my service advisor explained that the additional wait time was due to the excessive heat in the service shop, and that the technicians needed to take extra breaks to stay hydrated. I agreed it was more than 100 degrees that day. More

It took a while to get an appointment to fix my recall, then they said the part now wasn’t in and they had just used it before I got there- i learned this when I pulled up to the service window, then mirac then they said the part now wasn’t in and they had just used it before I got there- i learned this when I pulled up to the service window, then miraculously they found the part and it was fixed, there is no waiting room- so you’re hanging around some of the pushy salesmen, and they don’t wash your car after car service. More
