Dealership sent away 2 separate appointments I set up to fix the windshield for my trade in. Had to pay both cancellation fees. Nobody from the dealership responded to me for 5 days straight, then the direc fix the windshield for my trade in. Had to pay both cancellation fees. Nobody from the dealership responded to me for 5 days straight, then the director calls me and tells me to make another appointment and he will cover the cost. Make the appointment and yet again they canceled and sent them away. Do not waste your time buying a car here. Save the headache and go elsewhere. More

Aggressive Misleading & Rude I purchased a new car and it's been nothing but lies since then. Please, stay away from here. Do not give them your hard-earned money. They literally I purchased a new car and it's been nothing but lies since then. Please, stay away from here. Do not give them your hard-earned money. They literally smile in your face while they knowingly lie to you and refuse to do the things they agreed to do. It doesn't matter if they agree in writing. They don't care. This is a hateful place with aggressive, rude managers and salespeople. They agreed to fix items, in writing, and then told me later that they absolutely would NOT be doing the things they agreed to. I want to sincerely thank the staff at Showcase Honda for giving me the worst car buying experience of my life. And if they tell you that you have to go through the American Honda Association for resolution, that's also a lie. Honda will apologize for your terrible experience and then remind you that they take zero accountability for the dealerships that sell their vehicles and will not do anything to help you. Everyone I encountered at Showcase Honda should be ashamed of themselves. More

Fantastic Customer Service When going into a dealership there always seem to be a feeling that you may get taken. I know this isn't everywhere but it seems to be the norm. Toby When going into a dealership there always seem to be a feeling that you may get taken. I know this isn't everywhere but it seems to be the norm. Toby listened to my issues and made sure I understood everything that I told him. He also put it on the repair order that way so the technician would understand what I explaining. They performed my service promptly and found what I was complaining about and then he contacted my warranty company for the ok. I did bring my vehicle back 2 days later for the repairs and the experience was exceptional. Thank you More
