appointments are for nothing I called on Wednesday 8/14/2019 and set an appointment for Friday 8/16/2019 to get an oil change and state inspection. The appointment was for 7:30 am I called on Wednesday 8/14/2019 and set an appointment for Friday 8/16/2019 to get an oil change and state inspection. The appointment was for 7:30 am. Got there at 7:25 and checked in. So far, okay. It is now 12:01 pm and my truck is still "getting serviced" The first excuse was they were waiting on a filter from parts. That was at the 2 hour mark. Okay....the parts department is in the same building so I can see why it would take some time to get the filter. At the 3 hour mark, no excuse just still in service. At the 4 hour mark, service writer Amanda went to lunch so they cannot give me an update. This is not the first time I have had trouble getting good service here. They asked that we come back and give them another chance to give good service. Well.....they blew it. This place literally sucks at service. From setting the appointment (had to leave 2 voice mail messages to get a call back to just a simple oil change. They can't even pull that off. I will not be fooled again and go to Sam Packs Five Star Chevrolet!!! More

Best car buying experience in DFW GM Steve Fly, and Internet Sales Specialist,Lloyd Facen made sure our journey at the dealership , was from start to finish was a pleasant one. My GM Steve Fly, and Internet Sales Specialist,Lloyd Facen made sure our journey at the dealership , was from start to finish was a pleasant one. My husband is/was a die hard Ford fan and was in the hunt for a new truck. Lloyd was patient and explained all the differences on the different Chevy models available. We test drove multiple vehicles and finally decided to purchase a 2019 Colorado , Red Line Package. We were given a tour of the dealerships, introduced to the service area and staff (cleanest maintenance area I have ever seen). We were also given a tech lesson on how to operate the new system. Low pressure atmosphere made this a pleasurable experience overall. We really would recommend Lloyd as he is am outstanding salesman. Thanks More

Outstanding Customer Service In the past few months my car was serviced at the Carrollton, Texas Five Star Chevrolet. I have worked with the sevice department manager, Joe and his In the past few months my car was serviced at the Carrollton, Texas Five Star Chevrolet. I have worked with the sevice department manager, Joe and his team, Amanda, Brian, and Jeff. When I arrived I was greeted immediately. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. They were even able to get me a loaner carwithin a short amount of time. Each time my car was still in the shop they sent me updates via text. Great communication with the customer and no guessing! While I was waiting in the lobby I made some observations. The waiting area was very clean and had many places to do your work if you have to wait. There were countertops for a laptop and free Wi-Fi. Also while I was waiting for my loaner car in the lobby I was greeted by every single person who passed by, and a couple of them even offered water or coffee. It truly made me feel like that they are a team and they share one goal and that is to provide the best customer service to their customers. The work they've done on my car, door latches and replacing a blower motor, was great. There are no issues and I never had to take my car back for a second check. I highly recommend this dealership for service experience. More
