We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with your recent service visit at SERRA Nissan. It is our understanding that your cost not only included the tune-up, but also replacements of all ignition coils and spark plugs due to a multi-cylinder misfire. While we do everything we can to get the best prices for our customers, some aspects, such as the cost of parts, are out of our control. Additionally, it looks like your vehicle is no longer manufactured by Nissan, so the OEM parts are more difficult and pricey to acquire.
