Julia, it is our understanding that your vehicle was brought in for repairs to the belt and tensioner, which were completed. After these repairs were complete, the power steering pump went out, but this was not due to our technicians' work. Unfortunately, in older model vehicles with higher mileages, some issues may be more common and happen coincidentally. When you returned, we worked with you to offer a discount and find a resolution.
