Brought car in for a recall and they tried to tell me I had lights out, I said I would replace the bulbs on my own. When I looked the lights were not out, they just wanted to up charge me! Service Department generally did what I asked (brake replacement) and the work was done correctly. I asked to have my brake fluid changed out on my Toyota and Service Manager was cautious as my car is a replacement) and the work was done correctly. I asked to have my brake fluid changed out on my Toyota and Service Manager was cautious as my car is a Hybrid and they were not confident in performing this service on my car. I can understand taking a cautious approach, however how difficult can it be? I will return and have them service my vehicle again. Professional, kind, considerate folks. More
