I needed to change my tire, contacted the Service Rep Amanda. She told me to bring the car on Friday morning. Amanda (our service rep), has been absolutely fantastic. Out of all the Mercedes service reps we have had at various Mercedes dealerships in the last 20yrs she has been the best. In particular her attention Out of all the Mercedes service reps we have had at various Mercedes dealerships in the last 20yrs she has been the best. In particular her attention to detail, quick communications, flexibility, and pure honesty. All around, Amanda has been great to work with. In the past, poor service experience has been a primary driver of us switching brands. And I can confidently say that in this case the service we got from Amanda will be key reason that we end up back in a Mercedes when we are ready to trade in our current Mercedes EQS for another vehicle. Thank you Amanda, and thank you Mercedes of Georgetown for hiring such a great person to represent your brand. More
