This is “iffy”. I requested a package online. I was told it had been canceled with no explanation. I was not very happy about it, but the advisor did offer a small discount on the services performed. 6 month/5000 mile scheduled maintenance. Had an appt. for 11:30 and it was 1 hour from then that they even got my car to start working on it!! I did not leave until 1:00 and all they had to d Had an appt. for 11:30 and it was 1 hour from then that they even got my car to start working on it!! I did not leave until 1:00 and all they had to do was rotate the tires and safety inspection. I thought this was not effiiciently done and hope next time they start work closer to my appt. time. I thought this was why you make appointments. Other than this I was satisfied with the work done and the friendly service staff!!! More
