Mazda Service Department I purchased my used 1999 Mazda Miata at North Penn ten years back. The Sales/Purchase experience was good enough - no problems. Since owning my Mi I purchased my used 1999 Mazda Miata at North Penn ten years back. The Sales/Purchase experience was good enough - no problems. Since owning my Miata - which I call my "little love bug" - I have brought to North Penn's Service Department for all its PA State Inspections and other service needs. The Customer Service delivered at the North Penn Mazda Service Department, managed by Amanda Young, is as good as it gets! My Service Writer, Wil Jones, is awesome and consistently goes "above and beyond" to assure my complete satisfaction. Long-time shop mechanic, Dan, is always the man that turns the Nuts and Bolts on my Miata and I have easily come to appreciate his "attention to detail" highly skilled technical ability. Prior to my retirement I worked in Customer Service for 40 years - I know what excellent Customer Service is, and North Penn Mazda is drenched in it! Also, I have done much of my own mechanical reoair work on my vehicles since buying my first new car in 1961.
