I arrived on time and they were ready for me at that time. They told me it would be 90 minutes for an oil change and 30 minutes for a required software upgrade. It took them exact almost exactly 2 hours as they predicted. That was very helpful as it allowed me to plan ahead and bring my work with me. Not only do they have comfortable sitting area downstairs, but they also have cubicles with power outlets and ethernet ports upstairs that you’re allowed to use to get work done. I was able to get a ton of work done while I was waiting. I would highly recommend this dealership for service. More
