I purchased a 2024 BMW X4 M40i just last week, and I absolutely love it! Amanda greeted me, and introduced herself. She gave me some valuable information about this particular model that I was not aware absolutely love it! Amanda greeted me, and introduced herself. She gave me some valuable information about this particular model that I was not aware of. Nathan assisted me during my test drive, and answered my questions during the drive. I knew immediately during that this vehicle was the one. During my wait afterward, I probably had about 5 people offer me snacks and drinks LOL. But that is not a complaint! That is genuine, top notch, knock your socks off customer service; A long forgotten concept in the world of retail. Amy went over all the options available to me with the vehicle, when going through the paperwork. The paperwork was neatly placed on a thumb drive, which was unexpected, and very much appreciated by myself. The fewer papers to keep up with, the better! Ryan’s assistance during the genius session was top notch. I had quite a few questions, and he was able to answer them with ease. He gave me his business card, and offered any future assistance. Everyone who assisted me was very approachable, and welcoming. Hands down, was my best vehicle purchase experience ever. Other dealerships should come by sometime, and take notes and lessons. More

She was very down to earth and personable. She never made me feel like I had to leave with a vehicle, and just wanted me to be happy with my decision.
