We are located in Charlotte, NC, while the dealership is in Mississippi, but the entire process was handled online and could not have been easier. The team made everything seamless, including handling the North Carolina vehicle registration paperwork for us. They also covered both the vehicle shipping and registration-related shipping costs, which was a huge plus. The car was delivered in just about six weeks from the time we placed the order. It arrived with a full tank of gas, fully charged, and in perfect condition. What impressed us most was how smooth and stress-free the entire experience was despite being an out-of-state purchase. The communication was excellent throughout the process, and we always felt taken care of. Love, love, love the service we received.
