This, without a doubt, is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I live in Maine and was looking for a specific truck in a certain price range. Just the fact that they had it says a lot. From first contact to me driving off in my truck took less than 48 hours. They gave me the out the door price right up front (most dealerships I dealt with in my search took days, if at all, to do that) and helped me work out the logistics of getting there. Amanda on the computer was very responsive, Raul the sale associate helped me the whole way, Zach the manager really knew his stuff, wasn't pushy or rushed, and had conversations with me days after purchase, going so far as to make sure I made it home safely after that long drive. I can't think of any way that they could have been better. More

I worked with Andy and Zach to place an order for a 2022 Ford Maverick in December 2021. After patiently waiting, it finally arrived. The original price was honored even after the price of the Maverick was Ford Maverick in December 2021. After patiently waiting, it finally arrived. The original price was honored even after the price of the Maverick was increased twice by Ford. Also, I received 1.9% financing, which was also locked in from my original order date. We completed all of the paperwork remotely and Zach delivered the vehicle to my house. I did not have to spend one minute at the dealership. Truck City Ford operates their business with integrity. Although the process to get the vehicle was long due to high demand and part shortages, I am very satisfied with my purchase and interactions with everyone on the Truck City Ford Team. More

In today's market, it's almost impossible to buy a vehicle without "market adjustments" or "mandatory options". Truck City did none of that. Amanda sent me in the right direction. Raul was knowledgeable, courteous, and showed me every option on the vehicle I was looking at. Freddie was friendly, and upfront. Gave me the best deal he could. Zach was very informative with my finance options. Highly suggested warranties, but wasn't forceful, or pushy when I declined. All in all a good experience.
