Amanda Wade and all of the service team who participated in the work done on my truck deserve recognition for having gone beyond the normal in achievi Amanda Wade and all of the service team who participated in the work done on my truck deserve recognition for having gone beyond the normal in achieving the end results, addressing all of the problems I reported and others I was not aware of at the time the faults occurred which brought me to Planet Ford. The personal help to me by the courtesy shuttle drivers and the fact that this service is available is noteworthy in itself. Amanda's persistence with American Auto Shield, my extended warranty provider is a credit to her and I appreciate those efforts very much. A hearty Well Done to ALL of the Planet Ford 59 Team from the bottom of my heart!! More

Fixed a problem that another dealer did not. After taking the F-150 to a dealer closer to my house (twice) for an intermittent problem - I was told that since the problem wasn't noticed during th After taking the F-150 to a dealer closer to my house (twice) for an intermittent problem - I was told that since the problem wasn't noticed during the short time they drove it, they couldn't fix it. I took it to Randall Reed, and the tech noticed that the description matched a TSB that had been out over a year. Truck repaired and the issue has not re-appeared. More

Excellent service, great price I searched fir months for the best deal on an F250 so i know i got the best price. Ken Riley was a huge help.
