This dealership sold me a lemon & couldn't care less. I bought no extended warranty because I could not afford it. We are elderly & on a fixed income. Less than 30 days after I bought yhe car I bought I bought no extended warranty because I could not afford it. We are elderly & on a fixed income. Less than 30 days after I bought yhe car I bought it in for an ac that didn't work. Charged me $1400. & did NOTHING. I bought it 2 weeks later & they still didn't do anything. I brought it in about 2 weeks later. Charged me $3,000. They have had it for literally a month, nothing has been done. This place takes advantage of senior citizens & is NOT the reputable dealership they claim to be!!! More

I had an awesome experience buying my new vehicle at Lawton Chrysler! I never felt pressured to buy, and I was treated with respect and kindness. I had planned to keep looking at other places before I made a decision, but everyone was so great I went ahead purchased that day. I was in and out so quickly (I expected it to take all day). I was helped by Amanda in the internet dept, Ryan Morales in sales, Chris in finance, Justin sales manager, and Anthony the GM, and I would absolutely recommend any of them for buying your next vehicle. 10/10! More

The service manager is awesome always willing to make things right when there’s a mistake made. The service advisors are always helpful in getting you in, in a timely manner and helping answer any questi things right when there’s a mistake made. The service advisors are always helpful in getting you in, in a timely manner and helping answer any questions you may have. Parts people are always trying to go out of their way to ensure that they can get you the parts you need when you need them and not 3 months from when you actually need them. My only criticism is that one tech needs to slow down a bit and not be in such a rush to finish a job that they over look simple things. It all got fixed and everything but he just needs to slow down a bit especially on the big jobs and make sure that everything is done the way it’s supposed to be. Other than that, it’s the only service center I will take my vehicles to get fixed. More
