This dealership sold me a lemon & couldn't care less. I bought no extended warranty because I could not afford it. We are elderly & on a fixed income. Less than 30 days after I bought yhe car I bought it in for an ac that didn't work. Charged me $1400. & did NOTHING. I bought it 2 weeks later & they still didn't do anything. I brought it in about 2 weeks later. Charged me $3,000. They have had it for literally a month, nothing has been done. This place takes advantage of senior citizens & is NOT the reputable dealership they claim to be!!! More

The service manager is awesome always willing to make things right when there’s a mistake made. The service advisors are always helpful in getting you in, in a timely manner and helping answer any questi things right when there’s a mistake made. Parts people are always trying to go out of their way to ensure that they can get you the parts you need when you need them and not 3 months from when you actually need them. My only criticism is that one tech needs to slow down a bit and not be in such a rush to finish a job that they over look simple things. It all got fixed and everything but he just needs to slow down a bit especially on the big jobs and make sure that everything is done the way it’s supposed to be. Other than that, it’s the only service center I will take my vehicles to get fixed. More
