My vehicle has been over to the shop 5 times to get the back-up camera fixed under warranty. I picked it up on Friday and was told the camera was replaced. I got in it Friday night and the camera yet again back-up camera fixed under warranty. I picked it up on Friday and was told the camera was replaced. I got in it Friday night and the camera yet again didn’t work. I just want it fixed correctly and to stop waisting my time and gas. While Amber is a great rep…getting someone to answer the phone is impossible. Would drop off vehicle in the morning, then wait to hear anything all day, to me then trying to get someone on the phone to see if it’s ready for pick up or not. 1/2 the time could drive to shop quicker than a phone call. Needless to say my camera still isn’t fixed and I’m already over it. More

State inspection and oil change scheduled and when picked up i noticed a screw in my tire. I went back in to have it removed and was told everyone left and had to go down to the quick lube area. She called t up i noticed a screw in my tire. I went back in to have it removed and was told everyone left and had to go down to the quick lube area. She called them and told them there was an air leak so they never checked for a screw. I had to tell them again the vehicle was jaut inspected and i just left the dealership. They ten come out and tell me they cant fix it, i need a new tire because its to close to the side wall. It was 2 inches from the side wall so i drove it home and fixed it myself. Makes me wonder if they even inspected it and changed the oil, More
