I know some of us are not the best with directions so, I will make it really easy for you. When you walk into the dealership, turn left and go to the second desk. And there you have it folks, that's my desk. I am from a little old town in Louisiana, called Natchitoches. I moved to Texas shortly after graduating college. I graduated from Northwestern State University, with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. I am thankful for this position and the ability to represent my family. Amber was THE best sales associate I’ve ever worked with and I’ve bought plenty of cars. She listened to what I specifically wanted and was extremely patient as I haggled over the deal I needed in order to and I’ve bought plenty of cars. It is not often I give a five star rating so when I do it really means something, at least to me it does. I can say the experience with the Sales Director Matt Tiemann and Sales Consultant Amber Minor took m really means something, at least to me it does. I can say the experience with the Sales Director Matt Tiemann and Sales Consultant Amber Minor took me back to a time when the customer was made to feel number one at all levels of the buying process. Freeman Toyota has given these people the freedom to work with a person to where a person (me) is absolutely satisficed with the whole experience. I pray the After-sales experience is half as good as the buying experience that alone would make me a life time customer. That saying " its not what you say or do that you remember but how one make's a person feel that one remembers the most" I will not forget this dealership and these two wonderful people for the way they conducted themselves and made me feel. My experience with freeman was the best in the metroplex!! And trust me, I have gone everywhere for the past few months in search of a car. Amber was amazing!!
