Noah, thank you for your feedback. At the time of purchase, the vehicle was fully shown and inspected prior to delivery, and there were no concerns noted with the backseat at that time. In November, when the concern was later brought up, we offered to assist with the repair on a 50/50 cost split as a goodwill gesture.
