Truck was towe For $16500 I was told they could fix every vehicle that drives off the lot. Then they decided to pay half of used transmission repair. Truck was towed down the driver couldn't get plow off. I left my house a few minutes later to find tow truck stopped and the plow only attached by drivers side and passenger side. Upon picking up truck from transmission replacement I was told plow was fine it's not the lever to release pin is bent and the plow frame is slightly bent. More

My wife and I recently got a 2016 Subaru crosstrek for a commuter for me. The clutch ended up letting go and they really went the extra mile to help us out. They sent a tow truck to the house to pick it up commuter for me. The clutch ended up letting go and they really went the extra mile to help us out. They sent a tow truck to the house to pick it up free of charge and completed the repair in a timely manner also free of charge. We had a pleasant experience from sales dealing with Charlie , to finance with John , to service dealing with Bill. We would definitely recommend Tim’s truck capital. More

My suv has been to your service center several times for the same problem. This was our third time bringing it in, and the transmission is ok… for now. Unfortunately, there are new problems with it. Now the the same problem. This was our third time bringing it in, and the transmission is ok… for now. Unfortunately, there are new problems with it. Now the airbag system light is on, the suv now pulls right and the tire pressure lights are still not working after telling the service manager that the lights came on and I would like it fixed. Upon picking it up he told me he never saw them, then when leaving the facility they came right back on. Is it policy to gas light the customer and just turn off a light so you don’t have to deal with it? The worst part of this past service, is after the shop drove around the suv to “test” it they didn’t put any gas in it. When my wife picked it up it ran out of gas on the way to the closest gas station. She called the service center to see if they could help her. They put her on a lengthy hold and did not end up helping her out acting like it was not their problem. I understand the vehicle wasn’t dropped off with a full tank but when it won’t shift out of first gear on route 28 the last thought would be to stop at a gas station. I would have appreciated a quick call telling me to bring some gas so I could make it to a gas station, or even if you filled it for $5 a gallon like is policy for the cigarette smoke rental car that we had to drive for 21 days. It’s unfortunate that you could leave someone on the side of the road after not fixing the original problems and instead create more. You don’t care about your customers, and it’s disgusting. More
