It’s rare to find someone in a service department who communicates so well and actually makes you feel confident about the process. Buffy kept me updated throughout the entire service appointment and made sure I understood what was being done and why. She was honest, transparent, and never made me feel pressured into anything unnecessary, which I really appreciated. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer service made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. You can tell she truly cares about the customers and takes pride in making sure everything is handled the right way. The service was completed in a timely manner, and thanks to Buffy making sure everything was organized, the entire process was efficient from start to finish.
