We drove all the way to Deland from Orlando, FL because of our first phone call interaction, since then there has never been a complaint with Service experience or any other issues. So instead of driving 5 mins up the road, we still drove 1hr for the customer experience. We traded our 2023 Telluride for our 2025 Telluride with all the bells and whistles!
