Padded services Walked in for an oil change, would have spent over $1000 if I did everything 'suggested'. I bought a 'certified' used car and had a big surprise at the second oil change. If it had been indicated as an upcoming service at the previous oil change, I would have at least been prepared. This does not sound like - nor build - loyalty. More
