At first was disappointed as the used car we came to see was just sold. We were told sorry but they would do their best to make it right with us. Very nice salesman and very knowledgeable. I bought a 'certified' used car and had a big surprise at the second oil change. If it had been indicated as an upcoming service at the previous oil change, I would have at least been prepared. This does not sound like - nor build - loyalty. More
