First day walking in was good saleslady was pleasant and showed us around, we chose the car then was told it not available will come in one to two weeks. Re scheduled to pick up car then hit with a lot of extra charges that were not discussed in the beginning, ending up with $100 more than the original note, and more money to pay down than. I have dealt with other dealers not Honda who did not change anything after the initially discussed prices, this dealer needs to be upfront with all fees and additional payments needed. If it were not for shortage of cars I would have canceled the deal. More
