Brought my car in for the second time to try to diagnose possible electrical issues with it turning off while driving at random. They couldn't replicate the issue again. When I came to pick it up I noticed possible electrical issues with it turning off while driving at random. They couldn't replicate the issue again. When I came to pick it up I noticed that my gas tank was nearly empty. This surprised me because it was nearly 3/4 full when I brought it in previous week. I checked the mileage in/out listed on my paperwork and noticed both numbers were the same on the paperwork (64958) so I checked my mileage on the dash and saw that it was now 65167. The car had been driven 209 miles in the six days that it was at the dealership. Understandably, I was upset and came back in to see what could be done to rectify the situation. I had assumed maybe 20-40 miles would be driven on the car to diagnose the issue but 200+ was way outside of what I consider to be diagnostically appropriate. They offered $100 discount. I asked them to cover the federal rate on the mileage, they said okay. Amy was great, she handled the situation really well. Reached out to the service manager via email the same day. 15 days and zero response from him. It's my last time going to this dealership. Update: Jose Rocha Jr, the Service Drive Manager, did reach out to me the day of this review to apologize for how the service was handled. He also apologized for Mr. Roberts not responding to my original email. He was polite and understood my concerns with not knowing where my car was driven and said he would check in with their team. Amy Carpenter was informative and friendly. The technician that serviced my Ridgeline thoroughly inspected it and fixed any recalls that needed to be done. The technician that serviced my Ridgeline thoroughly inspected it and fixed any recalls that needed to be done. More

I don’t care for the car service only. I don’t believe the technician did the diagnostics. Otherwise he would know my spark plugs and ignition coil need to be replace. I took my car in because my radar related warning lights came on. I took it to Manly and Amy, my service writer said they would look at it for free. Then she calls me and says I hit a bird and it would cos came on. I took it to Manly and Amy, my service writer said they would look at it for free. Then she calls me and says I hit a bird and it would cost $600 to fix and recalibrate the radar software. I said I would just pick up my car and not to repair it. I get there and she tries to charge me $210 for diagnostic. I said I wasn't going to pay anything as she told me it would be covered. They ended up waiving it. So I take my car, unprepared. I drive 10 minutes down the road and all the lights go off. My radar sensors are all working fine. They were going to charge me $600 for nothing! That's some shady stuff. I don't recommend doing any business at Manly. I should sue you guys. Still thinking about it. More
