My wrangler came in with since serious braking issues. Amy was able to get it looked at the next week. Even with the inclement weather. Just moved to Coopersburg and needed service for my 2020 grand Cherokee, called Sands and got an appointed right away. We mainly dealt with Ray McKnight, the Service Director due to a question on a service charge. He couldn't have been more helpful and understanding after he did his research.
