Outstanding I worked with Joe Lyons on this purchase. We had spoken a few weeks before regarding the upcoming termination of the lease on my current vehicle. I worked with Joe Lyons on this purchase. We had spoken a few weeks before regarding the upcoming termination of the lease on my current vehicle. While my other vehicle was in for service, I planned to meet with Joe ro discuss options for the purchase or lease of a replacement vehicle. I selected a vehicle and Joe started the paperwork for purchase. We reached an agreement on the purchase of my 2018 Jeep Compass. Since the vehicle in for service was not the leased vehicle Joe drove me to my home to pick up that car. It was only after a couple hours of discussion, driving me to pick up the lease car and waiting for the paperwork to be prepared that Joe informed me it was his DAY OFF!!! He only came in to delivery a vehicle to another customer. Joe's approach during the entire process, from initial discussion to final purchase, was professional and low key nothing high pressure at all. He was only interested in my satisfaction as a customer. This is my 5th vehicle leased or purchased from Sands. I highly recommend Sands and Joe Lyons to any customer looking to lease or purchase a Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge Ram vehicle. More
