My vehicle has been in and out of service since June. The most recent time before my vehicle went back in for service, it was not drivable. Megan told me I would have to wait until the next week for an appointment, and even longer if I want a loaner vehicle. She was completely aware of my situation; she knew my vehicle had been there numerous times for the SAME issue, she knew how much money I had spent on repairs. Yet, she was still unwilling to help me in a timely manner. Luckily, I spoke with Ray, the service manager. He helped me and got me into a loaner the next day. However, my vehicle has been there for a month and I have not received one phone call to update me on the status of my vehicle. I have called numerous times, and I NEVER receive a return phone call. I feel devalued and disrespected as a customer. It seems like they are trying to pull something shady. Once I get my vehicle back, I will never return to this place!!! More
