For an even more Fantastic review, consider offering financial incentives (so many dollars for each positive word included in the review). To be really Fantastic - you should drop these stupid reviews entirely. Unless they let you know otherwise, you can assume you did your job as expected and your customers are satisfied - rave reviews or not.

I wish Audi Marin provided loaners, but they said they don't provide loaners for routine service. Something something, not enough loaner cars, but then the side of the building has 10+ loaners. There was mention of a shuttle, or Lyft credit but I'm in Novato, so not really an option. My previous purchase at Lexis of Marin always provided a loaner when asked, AND provided three years of complimentary service. Audi is seriously slacking on that part.
