I purchased a 2022 Lexus RX350 from Treasure Coast Lexus. I had a deeply disappointing experience at Lexus of Treasure Coast, specifically with Ana H. Rodriguez. I came in ready to purchase a car and left feeling completely disregarded. There was no real effort to assist me, even after I expressed clear interest in a vehicle on the lot. When I called the next day to inquire about the same car, I was told it had already been sold. No one had followed up. No one offered alternatives. No one took responsibility for the poor customer experience. Lexus customers expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. That standard was not met here. I strongly urge dealership management to address this situation and ensure all staff are trained to treat potential buyers with care and attention. More
