We ended up needing to spend thousands on repairs to my Jeep, which is not something we was ever prepared for. We were really nervous taking it to the dealership fearing the thought of paying a lot more than at an independent shop, but we wanted it done right and we so glad we did. Anabell really came through for us, setting us at ease from day one and keeping us in the loop along the way. She helped us get everything we needed done at a very reasonable price and gave us confidence to trust Gastonia CDJR as our go-to dealer for repairs and vehicles. Anabell was a fantastic service rep and was very helpful and patient with my requests. She was excellent at keeping me updated on my service status and was knowledgeable about what was going on. The parts department ordered the wrong part that was needed for my factory warranty repair, but Anabell was very thorough in explaining the situation and assured me it would not happen again. She also threw in a free carwash for the hassle. I highly recommend Anabell as a service rep and also recommend Gastonia CJDR for the service work they do. More
