The quality of work has changed. I brought my car in 4 times to resolve a brake issue. Took my car somewhere else and the brake issue was fixed. Came in for a scheduled repair at 8:00 was told that 12:30 in the afternoon that they had just decided if they're going to put it on service bulletin instead of the Ford warranty that I had purchased an 12:30 in the afternoon that they had just decided if they're going to put it on service bulletin instead of the Ford warranty that I had purchased and then asked me to wait another 3 hours for them to repair it . Can't for the life of me figure out why they didn't start the repair at 8:00 in the morning and as the job progressed then decided how it was going to be charged or billed .at which time I made an appointment for the following week and set roughly another 3 hours for them to finish up the job More
