I waited for over a total of 12 hours for my truck to be repaired. I can't back 3 times for the same issue. I wasn't offered a loaner vehicle. I had to take off work twice, and lost my job😞. I have a full coverage warranty and can't understand why I wasn't assisted with better care or customer service.
