Great dealership!!! Highly recommended Normally car buying is such a hassle !! We went to Orlando Kia West and has an awesome experience! KIA SOUL I visited Kia on 12/29, bought a 2017 Kia Soul, however, I wasn't happy with the vehicle, there were scratches and I returned to get it fixed, Gerald I visited Kia on 12/29, bought a 2017 Kia Soul, however, I wasn't happy with the vehicle, there were scratches and I returned to get it fixed, Gerald Brierre and Alberto Ahumada, together with Abdul Nobles, Anas Lazaar and Farid Nibrasse, did their best to help me out, Finally I ended up with a 2018 Kia Soul, I'm happy with the car and the service. Regis Descorbeth went out of his way to be certain that I was informed and provided me with the guidance and potential options available to me to obtain the vehicle I now love. My first car buying experience was naive and Un-exper Here’s a tip.. don’t go to Kia Orlando West. I wish there was a more worse star rating for them. My first car buying experience was naive and Un-experienced however my needs and wants were not taken into consideration. I was not informed of being co-signed to someone and my application for loan was never submitted. I had a better interest rate, payment, and credit score by myself. I feel like they didn’t care and wanted money and to go home for the holiday. The financing person we had, Farid Nibrasse, right away had all the paperwork incorrect and assured it would be corrected. It never was when we went back on a Tuesday evening. Of course Farid was not there so Anas Lazaar was gracious enough to help us finish the paperwork. I was not happy and felt pressured to sign. I really wish I would of listened to my gut and brought the car back or made them find me a better deal. So I am posting this to help someone else who looks for cars at this dealership. Here’s a better tip... Don’t go to Kia Orlando West. Listen to your gut. More

Although the waiting time can be a bit long to get with finance, it’s not terrible. Mike Severino (sales person) contacted me by text and email The dealership website gives ample info and automatically connects you to a sales person. Mike Severino (sales person) contacted me by text and email immediately after using the site for an inquiry. Parking was available and easy to access. Walkways were unobstructed. Greeting and assistance was given immediately upon entrance to the dealership building. I was seated and offered a couple different things to drink by Devon. I asked Duric for Mike, and he appeared for introduction only moments later. Mike shows as an easygoing, positive, well dressed and groomed young man. We talked about what I was looking for and we went to the lot forthwith. Mike is very knowledgeable with all the vehicles we looked at and spoke about in the lot. He was patient and asked me questions as though he knew how to fine tune my search for just the right car for me. Mike came across as very intuitive and his sales abilities are excellent, considerate and pressure-less. I made my decision easily after a couple of test drives and the remainder of the purchase process went seamlessly with Anas Lazaar. It's amazing how fast a couple of hours goes by when there isn't any stress. Mike and everyone that worked with my purchase made is simply effortless and enjoyable. Ask for Mike Severino; he will take good care of your vehicle purchase needs. More

Poor customer service I just posted a poor review and dealerater sent me a email stating they didn't like the review. So here is my revised review. Poor after the sale service. No follow up if you try to email or call, don't hold your breath for a response. My payment and percentage went up on Monday after spending 4 hours on Sunday at the dealership I took the car home. Now I'm invested in it. This Seems to be a common theme with this store. Why didn't the finance department advise of the possible increase in payment and percentage before I left on Sunday? The only positive I can say about the West location is the service department took care of a issue for me. More
