I purchased a 2023 Kia Telluride on February 3rd from Greenway Kia West. The vehicle itself was great and the transaction seemed to proceed smoothly at the beginning. However, Greenway Kia West has failed to submit the paperwork to my county clerk in Tennessee for registration. I made attempts to contact the company on February 27th, March 1st, March 3rd, and today, March 7th to attempt to remedy the situation. Each attempt at contacting them has involved speaking with multiple individuals who transfer me to others who don't answer their phones and have a full voicemail. Anytime I ask to leave a message, no one calls me back. I have managed to speak with a few sales folks including Jonathan (my sales person) who say they will try to help but no action. I have been able to speak with Farid, the finance manager I worked with on the sale on 3 occasions over the past week but again no action. On February 27th, he told me it was all electronic and would be done the next day--it was not. Then on March 3rd he said they were having trouble with my paperwork and would next day air me another temporary registration before mine expired on March 4th. It is now March 7th and I have not received the promised temporary tag. On March 7th, I again spoke with Farid who indicated he would contact me by the end of the day with the resolution. He did not. All it would take to resolve this issue is for the dealership to send the necessary paperwork (eg., certificate of origin, bill of sale, sales tax) to my county clerk in TN. As is, I now possess a very nice vehicle which is illegal to drive on the road. More

Do not trust these people. Everything from the cost of the car, to waiting over 4 months to get registration/tags, was challenging. When the DMV Dept of Fraud has to get involved, you know you're dealing the car, to waiting over 4 months to get registration/tags, was challenging. My husband and I went to Kia West today to buy a car. We told them exactly what we wanted and what we wanted to pay. Once we got to Finance it was a different price. He then said it again and I was like why are you saying that and got up in my husband face. I called the office to speak to the manger and he was rude to me on the phone and asked if I had proof. I said am my husband proof because we were the only ones in the office. We got nowhere with this manger. I want to know is that how you talk to your costumers by calling them a piece of xxxx xxxxx. I never ever will recommend Kia West to anyone. More

Purchased Telluride November 21, 2020! Still no title/ownership papers. The vehicle title application was supposed to be sent to Raleigh, NC, but was apparently sent to the wrong address on Decembe title/ownership papers. No one has provided helpful assistance to date...I know, a "manager" will probably respond to this, but I need the correct paperwork sent to the correct NCDMV. More

Friendly representatives I went in to buy a new car. They worked with me pretty well to accommodate my preferences. My salesman was Devon, and he was awesome and helpful. He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push anything else on to me for the commission. The biggest downfall of this dealership is the amount of time I spent waiting when it came to paperwork. I spent an excess of 45 minutes just waiting to get to the finance department. I would still recommend simply for the employees and environment. More
