Unprofessional Orlando Kia West is by far THE WORST dealership to even consider purchasing a vehicle with. They are CROOKS!! The salesman and finance people are liar Orlando Kia West is by far THE WORST dealership to even consider purchasing a vehicle with. They are CROOKS!! The salesman and finance people are liars and very UNPROFESSIONAL. How can you first sell a car OVERPRICED and tell someone they're approved, but the customer has yet to receive a call from the bank. No one in Finance can tell the customer who approved them, but instead they lie and have the customer calling around to different banks to find their account/loan. After receiving 10 denial letters from 10 different banks due to insufficient collateral value, the customer requested to return the vehicle and get her car that she traded in, but then Victor in Finance says the car has gone to the auction. I've called EVERYDAY trying to speak to someone, from Anas, Alberto, and Azmir but everyone voice-mail is FULL. Leave messages with the receptionist, no one still calls back. By LAW YOU can't sell a trade in until the customer has been APPROVED. I've called corporate, spoke with Bianca the GM assistant and stressed OVER AND OVER I just want to return the car and get my car back. Now every time I've tried to return the car, no one is available or will take the keys. Just yesterday I was lied to þy the sales manager when he stated that no one in Finance is working today. I asked how are you selling cars without any one in finance. I have a witness! I NO LONGER WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH ORLANDO KIA WEST. More

We liked the car and our sales representative, Jean Tefouet, was wonderful. He recognized that we had driven 2 hours to get to the dealership and he was very quick with all of the paperwork. The finance manager, Anas Lazaar, was also fantastic. Everyone was wonderful to deal with. From the time we got there to the time we left with our car, it was 3 hours. I had done my research online though, so I already knew what I wanted. Asli Bayazit was the internet sales person handling my case. She was a straight-shooter, and to the point. We test drove a couple of cars, but I really only needed to drive the one I was looking for - a Turbo Optima SX. After we negotiated a fair price, I informed her that I was in a bit of a hurry, as I had an appointment to make out of town. Asli worked quickly to finalize the deal, which I appreciated. I can't say the same for the finance guy, as he was the only one working there that day and appeared to be quite busy. I wonder what Asli thought of me as a customer, because I was quick to decide on a car, and I wanted a very quick sale. I think she might like to have more customers like me. More
