From the beginning, Donnie Wilson (Inter net Sales Manager) kept me inside the "loop" of what was going on at all times. Whether it was sending me text about the next steps or calling me just to make sure that I had no other questions. Coming into the office, the staff of Orlando Kia West were very friendly and outgoing when it came to assisting me. Even watching them interact with other customers, I knew that this is where I wanted to make my big purchase. With the much appreciated help of Nathaniel Hney as well, I finally decided on a 2015 Kia Rio LX and I couldn't be more happy with my decision. When it came to financing, I had the pleasure of working with Anas Lazzar. This guy was simply amazing. Since this was my first time buying a car, I needed a co-signer and Anas worked around my work schedule as well as my mom's to ensure that everything was in place for the banks to approve the loan. This even meant him staying past his scheduled time on several occasions to make sure that everything was good to go. When it came to the day to finalize paperwork, he spent the time explaining everything in detail to where I could understand and I greatly appreciate it.
