THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID TO ME, THEY PUT ME IN A NICE BRAND NEW CAR AND CALLED ME BACK 3 WEEKS LATER ONLY TO TELL ME THAT I HAVE TO BRING THE CAR BACK BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T GET AN APPROVAL FROM THE BANK. THESE PEOPLE PUT YOU IN A CAR MAKE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH THE VEHICLE THEN LIE TO YOU THAT YOU WHERE APPROVED JUST TO INFORM YOU THAT YOU WERNT LATER AND TRY TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU AND A CO-SIGNER. SO I WAS VERY UPSET AND DID NOT WANT TO GIVE THEM MORE MONEY OR A CO-SIGNER I DID NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM ANYMORE SO I GAVE THEM BACK THE CAR AS THEY ASKED AND THEY DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME BACK MY DOWNPAYMENT. Originally Visited Orlando Kia North (Longwood) was so disgusted with the service and general professionalism that I almost could not bring myself to walk through the door of the West location. Thankfully I did or I would not be on the road with my brand new Forte Koup that I couldn't be any happier with. I was greeted very warmly by Anas Lazaar who instantly made me feel like more than just a sale to the dealership. Eager to help me achieve the most affordable price for my budget and was not discouraged by having to run many different numbers. Wish I could say the same about the other dealership. Anas definitely made the LONG process of purchasing a vehicle very enjoyable, I am looking forward to returning for maintenance. I also had the pleasure of working with David Andrews. The also VERY LONG process of finalizing and signing everything was still a great experience despite the late hour, we were not being pushed to make decisions or to get out of the door because it was after closing. David was definitely the cherry on top of a wonderful experience that was expected to be the complete opposite. A huge thank you again to the both of you for making my experience at Orlando Kia West one that should be setting examples to the other branches and all other dealerships in general. Anas Lazaar was very very helpful. He provided ALL information when requested and offered additional information which proved to be even more helpful.
